Our technician inspects your rug and selects a cleaning method suited to the fibres and stain type. We clean the rug in-situ, using a combination of specially approved chemicals and dry-cleaning or steam cleaning methods for handmade and natural fibre rugs. For all machine-made and synthetic fibre rugs we use a proven process of shampoo cleaning.
